Arnica, comfrey root, and goldenrod are all natural herbs that have been traditionally used for their medicinal properties. When used together, they may provide several potential benefits for the body, such as:

Anti-inflammatory properties: Arnica and comfrey root are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain.

Pain relief: These herbs may also help relieve pain, including joint pain, muscle pain, and even headaches.

Wound healing: Comfrey root has been used traditionally to promote wound healing, while arnica is known for its ability to reduce bruising and swelling.

Skin health: Goldenrod is known for its potential benefits for skin health. It may help improve skin hydration, reduce inflammation, and promote wound healing.

Antimicrobial activity: All three herbs have shown potential antimicrobial activity, which may help fight against bacterial and fungal infections.

Overall, using arnica, comfrey root, and goldenrod together may provide a synergistic effect, potentially enhancing the benefits of each individual herb.

As with any herbal supplement, it’s always best to consult with a healthcare provider before using! Now, to the recipe I like to call the “Golden Soother.” This can be used directly on skin to help with muscle relief. I love to to use it when my body has been through an intense workout and I feel a little soreness on the rise.
